Dialogue with the state authorities. The Prytula Foundation joins the public discussions initiated by the Chairman of the Ukrainian Parliament (Verkhovna Rada)

Government officials, parliamentary committees, ministries, representatives of charity foundations and volunteer organizations that help the Defense Forces united to find solutions to urgent questions:
- Law on humanitarian assistance;
- Draft Law on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts on Simplifying the Procedure for Importing, Accounting and Distribution of Humanitarian Aid (No. 9111) - in particular, simplifying the procedure for transferring vehicles imported into the customs territory of Ukraine for the needs of the Defense Forces in order to optimize the work of volunteers and reduce the burden on government agencies; the issue of introducing a separate register of vehicles imported for transfer to the Defense Forces, which will eliminate the need for additional registration of such vehicles, as well as eliminate the problem of their resale by unscrupulous volunteers and military personnel.
- Regulation of currency operations, increase in the time of currency control
- Legislative status of a volunteer - optimization of regulatory and legal regulation of volunteer activities (for individuals volunteers).
Representatives of the Verkhovna Rada joined the public sector at the discussions: Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk, Vice-speaker Olena Kondratyuk, Chairman of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy, Chairman of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Social Policy and Protection of Veterans' Rights, Permanent Representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada, People's Deputies.
Representatives of specialized state structures and ministries: Ministry of Digital Transformation, Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Internal Affairs, National Bank of Ukraine.
The Foundation proposed its vision of legislative changes, the main purpose of which is to facilitate simplification of the functioning of the volunteer movement in Ukraine.
Since August 2022, there have been three rounds of meetings between representatives of the Ukrainian volunteer movement and government officials and parliamentarians. The last one was July 18, 2023.
