How do civilians request aid?
- Filling out a form following the linkhttps://prytulafoundation-hum.odoo.com/otrimati-dopomogu
- Including an official aid request signed by territorial community's or institution's authority, template available here.
- Within 3 working days, an operations center specialist will contact them to clarify the details. If providing aid isn't possible, they will receive an SMS or email instead.
- In case of a possibility to provide needed aid, they provide the foundation with all the necessary information to prepare an aid receiving agreement and/or a transfer-acceptance report.
- They are in touch till the aid delivery is possible.
- After receiving aid, they sign the the donation agreement and/or transfer-acceptance report; provide a report on the use of the aid.

Aid to medical institutions
Medicines and equipment for medical institutions in de-occupied and front-line territories

Urgent humanitarian aid
Providing de-occupied and front-line communities with urgent humanitarian aid, needed to regain access to fullfilling basic human needs.
NEST temporary housing
We join recovery of the de-occupied Ukrainian countryside by providing a prefabricated house for families whose homes were destroyed due to the Russian war.

Infrastructure restoration
We have delivered 208 units of equipment worth over $365 000 to address the consequences of infrastructure damage.

Mobile healthcare
2275+ patients treated within the partnership with FRIDA Ukraine, equipment worth 1,859,561 UAH and medicines worth 1,110,445 UAH have been used.
