The community of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy donated funds to the Trophy armored vehicles project.

The community of National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy has collected 888,584.9 UAH for a medical evacuation vehicle.

Students and alumni have contributed 745,000 UAH for the reequipping of an MT-LB into a medical evacuation vehicle for the 80th Separate Airborne Assault Brigade. In the combat zone, having tracked evacuation vehicles is crucial.

Fundraisers on the Faculty of Informatics Day have become a tradition at the university. Last year, students raised funds for two vehicles for the military and continue to assist with equipment maintenance.

The remaining amount collected has been allocated to the Trophy armored vehicles project.

Trophy armored vehicles project involves reinforcing the Defenсe Forces with heavy equipment. We receive trophy equipment from the military and restore it through a reliable contractor, including:

• Full restoration of power units and mechanisms
• Structural work: additional anti-mine armored plating from below and reinforcement of the armor around the entire perimeter, modification of the compartment geometry for convenient and rapid handling of the wounded, installation of stretchers for severely injured personnel and up to 5 additional seats for passengers.

After the repairs, the vehicle is returned to the unit, saving the lives of our soldiers and neutralizing the enemy.
