How do civilians receive aid?

The foundation provides aid on a collective level.

We cooperate with community authorities, institutions or NGOs representatives, who take responsibility of distributing or using the aid for civilians in need. They provide an official request letter with list of needed aid.

When we provide aid, we also sign the act of acceptance-transfer of the aid, make photo reports and can request a report on aid usage anytime further.

Currently, humanitarian department focuses on 4 directions:

• urgent humanitarian aid for frontline and de-occupied communities
• medical equipment and supplies for medical state institutions
• equipping heating and communication centres in frontline and de-occupied communities
• temporary housing solutions in stable de-occupied communities

The foundation's team is always in touch with community authorities in frontline and de-occupied territories to be acknoweledged about current needs of society to regain access to decent life conditions.
