How do I cancel my monthly donation subscription?

Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation is focused on strengthening the Defense Forces of Ukraine and providing assistance to the civilians affected by russian aggression. Any donation we receive helps us process more incoming requests from Ukrainians.

By receiving recurring payments, we will be able to make our purchasing more consistent, so people who need assistance can rely on us more. Please choose any direction from Help Army or Help Civilians pages and subscribe for an amount of money per month that is comfortable for you!

In case you are already subscribed, and you need to cancel your subscription via LiqPay:
A) If you already have a Privat Bank card:
Go to https://www.liqpay.ua/uk/adminpersonal/payments/subscriptions and log in (your LiqPay login and password are identical to your Privat24 login and password). Select our Foundation from the list of your subscriptions. In the upper-right corner of the screen, click “Unsubscribe”.
B) If you are not a client of Privat Bank:
Send a request to cancel your subscription to the Foundation's support team at [email protected], indicating your ID, amount and date of subscription, a screenshot of your payment (if possible).
