In the war against russian occupiers, Ukrainian military uses a wide range of optics. Depending on the nature of the combat tasks of the unit, the type of terrain, the season, and the specific military goals, different equipment is needed to see the enemy from afar.
This is important for all kinds of tasks: guarding our positions, monitoring the neutral zone, the front line, and reconnaissance.
Just under the common term "thermal imager" there are many characteristics, such as the type of matrix and its resolution, the distance it covers, angle of view, zoom, and, indeed, the construction: monocular, binocular or sight.
To ensure the effective work of the Defence Forces we need a lot of good and varied optics!
